Church name and country
Confirmation person (for account approval by church administrators)
Optional profile information if you choose to provide it, such as gender, birth date, address, phone number, and salvation date

We also collect anonymous usage statistics through Firebase Analytics to help us understand how the App is used and to improve the user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate your identity and manage your account
To personalize your experience using optional profile information that you choose to provide
To provide access to community content such as newsletters, word cards, and praise resources
To facilitate account approval by church administrators

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, and Cloud Storage), which are hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. We rely on Firebase's built-in security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Firebase Authentication — account management
Firebase Firestore — content and user data storage
Firebase Cloud Storage — media file hosting
Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage statistics

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
